Naturopathic consulting recognizes the inherent healing abilities within every person. The consultant’s role is to identify and help remove obstacles to healing &recovery while facilitating, augmenting and guiding the self healing process –rather than suppressing the symptoms. Several basic guidelines to care include the use of medicinal substances which minimize the risk of harmful side effects, to use the least amount of force necessary to evaluate and apply care. To avoid when possible the harmful suppression of symptoms, and to acknowledge, respect & work with an individual’s innate ability to heal. A naturopathic consultant educates their patients about achieving balance and health in their lives. Clients are expected to play an active role in their health maintenance as they learn how to become responsible for their own healing.

Bach flower essences (remedies) form a part of alternative medicine. They comprise a therapeutic system that uses dilutions of flower essences developed by Dr. Edward Bach to balance physical and emotional disturbances. Flowers contain resonances of the emotional conditions found in people. He believed the right essence could help to bring back the patient to a positive, happy condition; think of it like receiving a bouquet of your favorite flowers (it makes you happy).

Holistic Ovulation Guidance & Monitoring – $35.00 per 1 hr session
Understanding how the menstrual cycle functions and what happens during ovulation is key to enhancing fertility. During your menstrual cycle, there are far more infertile days than fertile days. The fertile days are days when there is a possibility for conceiving. However, within the fertile days, there are days of "peak fertility". Ionic Spa Foot Detox – $20.00 per session (15-30 minutes) this service incurs a $7.00 service fee
It is a self-contained high-tech machine water detoxification system that enables the body to heal itself. It is a detox water foot bath which uses brass and stainless steel electrodes. Ionic Spa Foot Detox helps to cleanse, balance and enhance the energy force present body fluids. This energy is the electro-magnetic force that is stored within the body and utilized by our cells.
While the foot bath is widely used to increase energy physical, mental energy, vitality, and stamina at the same time it purges the body of toxins, chemicals, radiation, pollution, synthetics, and other foreign material trapped in the skin layers that have clogged up the body's systems of elimination. Its internal cleansing includes parasite cleansing and liver detoxification, which results in less body fluid retention, reduced inflammation, improved memory, greater bladder control, a more balanced pH, a stronger immune system and significant pain relief, including headaches, gout and arthritis pain.
The purpose of detoxing is to reduce your acidic level and raise your pH level. Before using the detox foot bath, we will test your pH level to see exactly where you are. Sit back and relax as you immerse your feet in warm water & sea salt; allowing the machine completes its detoxification cycle.
The water may change color and consistency from orange, brown through to black; due to the release of toxic substances through the 2000 pores on the sole of each foot. You may also see excreted toxins including parasites, lymphatic fat or mucous floating on the water.

Iridology is the science and practice of analyzing the iris to reveal levels of health, inflammation, toxicity, and degeneration in the human body. Iridology provides a painless and economical means of assessing the body for early detection of health imbalances for preventive healthcare. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and nervous system and is in direct contact with the bioenergetic, biochemical, structural, hormonal, and metabolic processes of the body via the nerves, blood vessels, muscle fibers, and lymph. It is used to accurately assess both physical and emotional patterns, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. The left eye correlates with the left side of the body and the right side of the brain, which is the feminine, creative, conceptual, and intuitive side of us. The right eye correlates to the right side of the body, and left side of the brain, which is the analytical, practical, linear, masculine side of us. The iris will alert us to the early signs of approaching "dis-ease". As the evaluations are made, and the stress conditions understood, proper corrective measures can be applied. The body can then more easily adjust and alleviate the abnormal stress resulting in a greater degree of health enabling a person to avert any threatening disease. It is an invaluable asset in the form of remedial therapies.

Muscle Response Testing is a diagnostic technique that is valuable to many procedures and treatments. It is a viable, efficient and effective tool for determining the body's needs. MRT is currently being used by many healing disciplines: medical doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopaths, osteopaths, holistic dentists, veterinarians and other practitioners. When our body's energy system processes a stimulus, there are thousands of instant reactions going on in the nervous system on a cellular and tissue level. Many of these are observable. Like the questions asked in a lie detector test, our heart rate may increase or decrease, our breathing rate may be altered, our pulse can change, our digestion may be effected, our skin texture will change (sweat/clammy) and muscles may get momentarily weaker or stronger.
